1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the lattice website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site only — they do not govern your use of the latticesql software library, which is separately licensed under the Apache 2.0 License.
2. The Library — Open Source
The latticesql software library is open-source software released under the Apache License 2.0, which includes an explicit patent grant (Section 3). The full license text is available in the repository at github.com/M-Flat-Inc/lattice.
Your use of the library source code, binaries, and documentation in the repository is governed by that license, not by these Terms.

The content of this Site — including text, design, and documentation — is owned by M-Flat, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may freely link to and share the URL of any page on this Site. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute the Site content in bulk without prior written permission from M-Flat, Inc.
4. Permitted Use
You may use this Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, or to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. M-FLAT, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- —Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- —Warranties that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
- —Warranties that information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current
The same disclaimer applies to the latticesql library. The library is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. See the Apache 2.0 License (Section 7) for the full warranty disclaimer applicable to the library.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, M-FLAT, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THIS SITE OR THE LIBRARY, EVEN IF M-FLAT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
